Chavez Governs Venezuela Remotely Via Twitter

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is undergoing cancer treatment in Cuba. However, he is still governing his country by tweeting on his twitter account. He’s tweeted about 50 times this week. His tweets have approved a trash collection project, praised plans for a new park, cheered on the national soccer team, and much more.
